Filtration Corporation of America offers a complete nozzle rebuilding service. As a certified distributor for both Whittaker and OPW nozzles, we are fully qualified to refurbish and overhaul your nozzle to perform to the original manufacturer's specifications.

Rebuild service includes (but not limited to):

• Disassembly, cleaning, and inspection of all parts
• Repair or replace shell grips
• Repair body (if needed)
• Straighten or replace bent, worn, or broken handles
• Replace nose seal (if needed)
• Replace o-ring seals
• Check all clearances
• Pressure test for leaks in open and closed position
